how to copy file using host command in forms

Hi,

I want to copy file using host command in forms 5.
I used host('copy abc.xls 1234567890.xls') but the problem is it is creating 8 charector file (12345678.xls) not the 1234567890.xls. how can I create file more then 8 charector file

pls. help
