How to upgrade OUI?

Today,I tried to install Oracle's latest ODBC driver but it says it needs a higher version of OUI.I got my current OUI during installation of 10gR1 and do not know how could I upgrade it?
Any help will be so appreciated.

What version of ODBC did you want to install; what version of OUI did it say it needed, and what version of OUI do you have?

Do you have Metalink access?

Found it. If you download the 10.1.0.4 ODAC, which is linked from the ODP.Net and OO4O download pages (but not the ODBC or OLE DB pages, oddly), that includes the 10.1.0.4 installer.
