in starting of oc4j:oracle forms9i

Dear Friends,

I have installed Oracle 9iDS. When i try to run the batch file
startinst.bat in <<ORACLE-HOME>>/j2ee/Oracle9iDS/startinst.bat

i get the following error. I m puzzled of the same.. i m stuck up with the problem for the past 2 days.. kindly help me out in sorting out this issue.

the follwing si the error i get while i try 2 run the batch file.

Error starting HTTP-Server: Address in use: JVM_Bind
Oracle9iAS (9.0.2.0.0) Containers for J2EE initialized

Do please help in starting the service
