Installing Oracle 10g Database and 10 App Server

Hi,
I am learning oracle and have a question:
Can I install Oracle 10g Database and Oracle 10g Application Server (Portal and Wireless) on the same machine. How much RAM do I need to run them properly. I have a 1GB RAM on my laptop. Is there a link that can guide me to install both step by step.
