JDBC connection to a RAC 10g database

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect to a 10g RAC database using the jdbc java thin client. The java thin client
requires an ip, and database sid. I am running a
two node cluster and i have two ip's , two sids and a service name that uses TAF option. I know i can connect to the database using the thin client if i use one of the instances and the IP that corresponds to it but i want to take advantage of TAF(transparent application failover).

Thanks,

Moe
