Linking Crystal Reports 8.5 to Oracle procs

I am new to using Crystal Reports and I am looking for a way to integrate them into an ORACLE web application.

I have created approx. 8 reports using CR 8.5 Developer and now am tasked to integrate them into a web application where the front end is written using PL/SQL stored procedures (with embedded HTML). and the back end is ORACLE 8.1.7.

I have searched high and low, but the only solutions I get deal with applications written in VB, ASP, or Java, nothing for ORACLE.
A suggestion was to write a .dll/COM object to link, but again that was for an ASP and VB application. I keep running into dead ends

As I mentioned I am new to this environment so any help would be appreciated.
