Missing dbca
I just installed 9.0.1 on Linux AS2.1
When I do "connect / as sysdba" I get: ERROR: ORA-24314: service handle not initialized Furthermore, I am completely missing the dbca command from the system, as well as lsnrctl, dbstart, dbshut. Have I installed 9.0.1 incorrectly?
