NEED help with TOAD

Right now i'm trying to use TOAD to import data from excel n text to the database. But when i tried to import one excel file that consits this one field
BOOKING_DATE
10/31/2001 12:00:00 AM
10/31/2001 12:00:00 AM

10/31/2001 12:00:00 AM

they can only import some of the data and when they r imported the AM changed to PM..anyone can help me with this problem.thank you in advance..
