I am trying to create a view, but I am getting the error:
ORA-04063: "user.view_name" has errors. I believe that this error is caused if the underlying table has been deleted. I have tried to delete/drop view, have even tried to change the name of the view. However, I am still getting the same error.
Could anyone please shed light on this matter? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a lot,

The error is because you are referencing a non existent table. Verify that all the tables referenced in the view exists.

Thanks for your response! The referenced table in the view exists. I have made sure that it's there and have performed a commit.
I think, my previous post is little misleading. Actually, I deleted the table and then recreated it with data in it and performed the commit. I still keep getting the ORA-04063 error..

The problem has been fixed. The error was due to an invalid column name in the select statement.

Could you share the name of the column that was invalid? I'm having the same issue but couldn't find this column yet.
