Oracle 9i R2 install help!

I've installed it, but can't find the application stuff -- forms builder, query builder, etc. I tried installing from just 9i and it tells me I can't go back a version -- so the stuff has to be there somewhere -- doesn't it?!?!

Are you installing applications, database, forms or what? Do you have an oracle directory? What operating system are you using?
