Hi!
I'm trying to install version 9.2.0.4 on Mandrake Linux 10 and in the last steps I must run the root.sh script in my Oracle Home folder (/oracle/ora92) as root. Here's what I get: Running Oracle9 root.sh script... ./root.sh: line 1: /usr/bin/id: No such file or directory ./root.sh: line 77: [: !=: unary operator expected \nThe following environment variables are set as: ORACLE_OWNER= olivier ORACLE_HOME= /oracle/ora92 Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]: /usr/bin Copying dbhome to /usr/bin ... Copying oraenv to /usr/bin ... Copying coraenv to /usr/bin ... Adding entry to /etc/oratab file... Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created Finished running generic part of root.sh script. Now product-specific root actions will be performed. /bin/chmod: cannot access `/oracle/ora92/network/agent/html': No such file or directory Do you see what to do? Thanks, JB ![]() |
