You can use the Microsoft Access Link Feature to link a oracle database table to microsoft access and then do whatever you want, Create a Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle with the necessary parameter. Open your Access file, Click on File-> Get External Data-> Link Tables, In the List Box Given Below with the Title Files of Type Choose ODBC Datasource. Go to machine Data Source and click on the ODBC Driver that you have created for oracle. this will get you the list of oracle tables present in the database, choose the tables which you want to link. Now you can simultaneously query access and Oracle tables, insert data into oracle table. etc.
