Oracle Start listener: Urgent All Business Stop

Urgent

My company Oracle Database cannot start listener
TNS-12547: Lost Contact
TNS-12560 : Protocol adaptor error
TNS-00517: Lost Contact
Linux Error: 32 Broken Pipe

We have tried to reboot the server, restart the oracle, stop the arcserve backup program or individual start listenser.
But no use.
Same error appeared.

Redhat Linux 8.0
Oracle database 9.2.0.1.0

Please help.

Hi There,

Have you set your oracle environment correctly?
ORACLE_SID
ORACLE_HOME and PATH.

Last time I got an error like this was running two listeners. If you have renamed your default listener, you will need to specify the name on lsnrctl start.

Can you post your sqlnet.ora and listener.ora files?
