But the question iv asked is to do compltely with MYSQL, so therefore I placed it in the MYSQL section? How do I move it then?

Why do you think code you have written in Oracle's stored procedure language that is producing an Oracle error message has anything to do with MySQL?

Btw: you should not use the CHAR datatype.
I'm pretty sure that you want VARCHAR instead.
