Plsql & Vb Error Handling

Please help!
I using the oracle as back end database and VB as front end interface design.
I have a PLSQL Trigger that will prompt out an error message. When i link it to VB the error message prompt out also but if i close the error message then the entire program that i have.

What are the solution?
Are there the solution to handling the error message from the oracle then convert into VB message box?
