pro*c program compile

hi to all

sir i installed oracle in my system.

db ---> oracle 9i enterprices edition
os ---> Redhat linux8.0.

my problem is, how to find pro*c is there or not.
if pro*c is not there means , which rpm i have to install in my system.
if there pro*c is there means how to compile and excute the pro*c program.


sir pl tell me . since 10 days i am trying this.
