Problem in executing a Query from JSP

I am doing a project in JSP. I have wriiten one query which works fine in Oracle but in Tomcat it shows an error that "SQL Command is not properly ended"

Query is "minus" query. Actual query is

"select Field_ID,Section_ID,Technology_ID from FieldMST minus Select Field_ID,Section_ID,Technology_ID from ValueMST"

Can anybody help me out
