problem to install oracle 8i on redhat8

problem to install oracle 8i on redhat8

Hi everyone,

I try to install oracle 8i on redhat8. I copied all installation files to local computer. And when I run ./runInstaller, it just give me following message, and the GUI interface never shows up.
