I will not read nor answer questions where the SQL code is messy and not formatted properly using [code] tags.

    What are your table definitions?

Please specify your table definitions and what exactly you intend your query to do.

If projects and buget are two different tables, you have to use INNER JOIN to join both tables. To display result in descending order use DESC in ORDER BY clause.
