Oracle 8i,9i, and 10g as well as oracle others tools like developer, designer, discoverer also available with a siongle user license, download it for learning purpose from www.oracle.com. You can also find some very good oracle tutorials at http://tahiti.oracle.com

It is better if you start with 8i or 9i.
