SQL query which have to run for more different years

I have had already a thread with a pseudo query.
I can't manage it so I will put here the real query and I hope that somebody can help me or put me in the right direction.
I'm doing this with TOAD!

In the other thread some people say you don't need a loop. Ok can be, but what is then the solution that get the result for different years in a grid?
The years is different 2010 till 2012? Next time it can be different. Ok I can fill in the years manualy, but that is not the way to go I think.
And now there is another request the product can be different.

I still get the error: Could not find phrase 'akismetspam' if I add the query between [CODE] or [MySQL] tags. WHY, what is this. And I believe I can't add a atachement or....
