TOAD error message using normal users
Hi.. I had installed TOAD for Oracle (Commercial Edition v8.5.3) software and Oracle client version 10.2.0 in windows 2003 server. When i use administrator account to log in, and then load in to oracle DB it has no problem. But if I log in as normal user in windows and then log in to oracle DB using same ID, I got this error. "can't initialize OCI Error -1".
I tried to add the users right (full, read , wr) to the oracle client folder and the Quest software, toad folder. (The subfolder has the same right as the parents) but I still got the same error message. Anyone one know what is the problem ?
