Dev pascal assignment

i need alot of help. i need to make a program in dev pascal. its a game where the program randomly picks 2 numbers between 0 and 9. the user has to guess these two numbers. after each guess the computer gives two hints: how far off the product of the two nubmers and how far off the sum of the two nubmers are. i also need a counter that records how many guesses the user has had. if someone can just help me with the guessing 2 nubmers between 0 and 9 that would really help. (the clues are not that important but are wanted) the counter would be good as well. thanks
