Runtime Revolution Export to text??

I have a friend that is using an old Apple database based on HyperCard 2.0. What I need to do is export all the HyperCard "stacks" into some kind of format that I can use in a modern Windows based database, such as Access. I was able to pull the HyperCard stacks into Runtime Revolution on a Windows computer, but now I don't know how to export them to a text file like a csv. So does anyone have a clue? I'm not a Revolution users or programmer. So please try to explain things to me in a **** and Jane fashion. Thanks!
