Shell / command line - trigger bat file on other server
Hey all,
ive got a bat file that sits on 4 of my servers and one central script which requires each bat file to be run on each server. The bat files themselves simply gets a list of the services running on that specific server so it needs to be run on that server. if i run the script remotely at the moment it simply returns a list of the services where ther central script is based. any ideas how i can trigger this remotely! Ta, Ed

Or even telnet...
There are some very nasty security hole ridden rpc systems in windows, there is the unsecured telnet, or you can install openssh for windows on those servers and do it the easy way.
