I saw that there are web-hosting sites that give you SSH support. Can anyone tell me what in SSH ?

ow... and.. what is IGREP ?

SSH = Secure SHell. Take a linux box with a command line only interface, that's the shell. Now make it remote, secure it. You end up with a shell users can use from their desktops that affects the server.
