UNIX Shell Programming

Apart from using Linux, does anyone have any idea if there's a Windows Application I can use to run some UNIX shell programs and commands?

or do you mean you want to send Unix commands to a unix box from a windows one?

I want to be able to run a .sh file I've programmed on Windows, as in, just to see the output and everything.
