Attachments in forms to e-mail.

I'm wanting to created a form with an upload field so that users can attatch files from their browser and when they submit the form the attachments will be mailed to me with the rest of the form data.

I have looked a many scripts but they all seem to upload the attachments to the server instead of e-mailing you them.

Anyone know of a good script that sends me the uploads by e-mail?

Keep in mind, attachment has anything to do with upload, so the term "upload" is not a good fit.

Looks a bit complicated to me.
I'm just after a simple perl or PHP soloution that I can configure to my own style. Thanks all the same.
