Could not view pearl script content

Hi

I have one pearl script file ,It contains unsightable characters ,try to open that using unbleach.pl as suggested by some users in site ,but I could not open ,I got a message when unbleach , cannot unbleach the script ,Can any one help to convert readable content or tell me the algorithm ,Please find the below code
