Creating Google map at server side

How can I create a Google map object at server side and add layer, ie draw the shape using that map object. I don't want to load the map at client side, ie in browser. I just want to create a map at server side and do some computation at sever side it self and destroy that object.
I have seen a module Geo::Google::MapObject in CPAN, but I can't see any method to add a layer.. etc..
Can any one guide me...

thanks in advance
Susmith

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Regardless, seems you would need to sign up for a developer key at google and their documentation might provide some clues:

Google maps documentation
