how can i extend filenames with actual date
in the whole directory. for example: filename.txt rename to dd-mm-yyyy-filename.txt thank you very much ------------------ |

Go to http://www.devshed.com/Talk/Forums/...TML/000254.html and use freebsd's method of getting the date, then just rename the file.
