I am having difficulty obtaining information about uploading files from a mac. I currently use cgi_lib.pl on WIN NT server as the base script for file uploads but I am aware that a Mac requires the file type to specified before upload and that there can be some binhex issues but more than that I do not know.
What I do know is that I can't get a file to upload from a mac whilst all uploads from PC's go without a hitch. If anyone has come across this problem and knows what to do then please forward me details. Also some information on where I may find such a solution would be of great help. Thanks, Dave Etherington. |

You may want to try using CGI.pm. I've found it to have more features and generally be more intuitive and of better quality than cgi_lib.pl.
