Help with ubderstanding Perl

I am a web developer located in Phoenix. I recently inherited a website to maintain. It is a combination of HTML, PHP & some Perl. I have pretty much no experience with Perl and I need to change something on a calendar page written in Perl. The client wants me to make changes to the sidebar but I cannot figure out where they are pulling the information from. They want me to change the FB logo and the PayPal link.

Seems like I can't post a URL. The company is Society for the Arts in Phoenix, AZ. The problem page is their Calendar.

The page uses the two files webcal.pl AND webcal.config.

I have looked at both files but I do not see where the sidebar comes into play.

Can anyone help me figure out where the page is getting the information from?

Thank you.

If the scripts aren't too big, you can post them inline (using the code tags).
