I have had to move over to NT (company policy I am afraid) and I am having difficulty installing the DBD-ODBC module from active state.
I have succesfully installed perl and am ppm'ing the modules, but it is giving me an error that it can't find the ppm binary for this platform, any suggestions. |

Not sure that I get the problem, but:...
If you can find a binary version of the module for NT, you could try downloading that and then ppm'ing it from your local harddisk (just in case ppm is looking in the wrong place). Otherwise could it be that there _is no_ binary for NT - in that case, you'd first have to compile some c-sources, and then ppm-ing from there (ppm does not know how to compile modules that have c-sources). Success, Ton |
