Wink

I am trying to get my script to open and read an Excel spreadsheet or a Word Doc. Is there a module out there so that I can use the data from that spreadsheet. Then insert the data into a Mysql database table. Perl is running on a SUN Solaris 5.4 machine. Any thought about this?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
