Hi, I have a bunch of HTML files that I want to convert into a database format. The files are all basically the same in format, but simply contain different content. How should I go about writing a small program to do this for me? Or is there any out there that will do it for me? Are there any non-Perl/non-CGI programs out there that do this? Well, thanks for any info you can give me! Cujo |

Copy/Paste
. But seriously, you can probably use some regex's and creative thought to do it with perl... but if your pages vary in any other way than the content, you're going to have a hard time messing with it. |

Yeah..... that's what I've been doing. And it takes a long time when it's info that is normally contained on 1200 or so pages of a book. Well, thanks for your help anyway. If anybody else knows anything, or if you can think of anything, please let me know. Thanks. Later. Cujo |
