Where can I find Module for Generate a Report.

My aim is to generate reports like
Tabuler Report
Cross Tab Report
Control Break Report
Group Report
Free Form Report
I have a backend like Oracle.

I got a module from cpan.org and the name of the module is Data-Reporter-1.3
This module supports Flat Text file.
Even Flat Text will help me.
But it requires compilation
using Makefile.pl
If u know how to compile I can send u the zip file across.

I am working on Windows Platform
