    Hi,

I've never done this before so I'm hoping there's someone out there who has.

I have web space hosted by a web hosting company on WinNT/IIS and they use perl on windows. How do I go about connecting to/using an MS Access Database from Perl? Is there any good tutorials etc out there?

    Thanks in advance.

A good place to start may well be setting up your computer to use perl (http://www.activestate.com - I think) and have a personal web server. This way you can at least check that the pages work before you post them.

Once ActivePerl is installed, read the help page for DBD::ODBC (or do a search in the sidebar for ODBC). This should be a good starting point.

if you are using activeperl and iis, i suggest using perlscript as asp. it makes it much easier to connect to databases.

activeperl should come with some perlscript examples and docs.
