Does anybody know how to convert a perl program(perl/Tk) into a freestanding executable?

I tried using the Perl Dev Kit2.0 with -f on the command line to create a freestanding exe but it doesn't appear to work with Tk.

If you are trying to make a windows application I believe activestate.com has a program to build the binary, I am not sure if the have a demo.
