This is a somewhat rethorical question: should I start learning JSP?? I already know some Perl, I'm not perfect at it, or expert, but I know my stuff. So, has anyone with some experience in Perl used JSP, and if they had, what are their experiences??? Is it more powerful?? Can it do stuff that Perl cannot (hard to believe)??? And so on, and so on...

Thanks for the speedy reply. So it is as I thought: first learn Perl well, then go for Java. I kind of got confused after reading an intro I found somewhere on JSP. But then I downloaded the tutorials from Sun and got the general idea.
Thanks again for your help. ![]() |
