The forum s good and popular,i have found it in several sites. 'Cause i am a PHP programmer and full of open source in my mind,i wanna know whether if the forum is a open source project?? If true,where i can get the source code of it?

This bulletin board program is the Ultimate Bulletin Board as it says at the bottom of the page.
http://www.ultimatebb.com/ It's open-source in the sense it's a perl script so you can read the code, but you can't modify it or redistribute it and a licence costs $199. Considering the cost of developing something comparable it's good value for money. If you want a free bulletin board script you can find plenty at www.cgi-resources.com
