Sorry Freebsd but I don´t known what I must do when I have descompresed the POP3Client-2.7.tar.gz.
I don´t understood the steps 2) and 3), Could you explain it a little more ??

Are you running that server yourself?
Do you have shell access to the server?
Where did you untarred that tarball?

After you untarred that tarball, you need to "cd" to that directory, specifically POP3Client-2.7, then type "make", when it stops, type "make install".
