Project - vid URL upload page + vid display page

Dear Perl Forum,

please advise: I'd like to create 2 web pages where I can:

1. Page 1 - Submit youtube URLs (one per time) and store them in a text file.
2. Page 2 - Retrieve the URLs from text file and display the videos on the bottom of that page.


As a dev newb (OK, some intermediate Perl noob xp some 6 yrs ago), are there any code fragments/snippets I could utilise/adapt for this purpose?
