    I have this line in my html:
    <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica">code:</font><HR><pre>
    <P><img src="http://www.upitnik.net/cgi-bin/email.cgi?ac=primio&ts=Tuesday, September 19, 2000 at 2:28:21&sa=purtic@hotmail.com"></P>
    [/code]

    and it is calling my script with all those variables.
    What do I print from script so that picture would appear on that place in html?

    You should change all those to something like this at the very least:

    <img src="http://www.upitnik.net/cgi-bin/email.cgi?ac=primio&ts=Tuesday%2c+September+19%2c+2000+at+2%3a28%3a21&sa=purtic%40hotmail.com">

    You shouldn't worry about that. Instead, your script needs to know how to interpret the query string. Anyway, you need to show us your script and tell us what exactly you are trying to do maybe someone can help you out.

    My script knows how to interpret query string, that works fine. For what am I trying to do I would normally use SSI, but in this case I cant do that. Instead I'm using

    <img src="http://www.upitnik.net/cgi-bin/email.cgi?ac=primio&ts=Tuesday%2c+September+19%2c+2000+at+2%3a28%3a21&sa=purtic%40hotmail.com">

    line for calling my script. Script processes variables and saves some data files. That part is working fine.
    I only need to return image requested by "<img src="http://........" in html, so that it appears in users browser instead of "missing image" icon.
    Image that should appear in user browser is http://www.upitnik.net/fntdance.gif

    Why not? Start here -> http://www.devshed.com/Talk/Forums/F...ML/000255.html

    Your html page should NOT contain that line <img src=http://blah blah>

    Replace it with the following:

    <!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/email.cgi?ac=primio&ts=Tuesday%2c+September+19%2c+2000+at+2%3a28%3a21&sa=purtic%40hotmail.com"-->

    change the & character to "& amp;" without space.

    In your script:
    #!/usr/local/bin/perl

    &blah;
    &foo;
    &bar;

    print "content-type: text/htmlnn";
    #Your subroutines above need to determine what line to print in below
    print "<img src="/url/path/to/image.gif">n";
