Reverse DNS Lookup - several servers

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have written a script that performs a reverse DNS lookup. I'm getting the correct results, however I need to check several servers. We split the IP ranges across servers.

I'm using the commands gethostbyaddr and gethostbyname in the script file.

Can these be formatted to point to a specific server?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

gethostbyaddr & gethostbyname use your system's DNS configuration.

Using Net::DNS, you can explicitly specify which server(s) to query.
