Search Engine Help

Hi,

I'm looking at developing a search engine that will recursively search other search engines (online stores) and spit out the relevant results in list form.

Would anyone be interested in helping out this in this project or anyone have any insight in creating a search engine like this?

I don't have much experience in this particular field, but I think it is a quite complicated project, because various sites will give slightly different names to the same good or equipment, so that recognizing that two on-line stores refer to the same thing will be quite hard. I was just looking at a Google search for a specific DSLR camera, just on the first page of search results gave me at least 5 different names for the same camera (not counting just upper case/lower case differences, added spaces and the like).
