Hi all - I am just finishing a PHP/MySQL/ODBC forum/bulletinBoard -

I need to be able to import from existing forums - I have Phorum and VBulletin sorted out OK - but I have no idea on how UBB stores its files(data).

So basically can anyone mail me an (old?)/whatever set of UBB forum files??? - I am not in the slightest bit interested in the content of the posts etc - I hust want to be able to import them - I have no CGI or I would set up a UBB myself and make some dummy posts - & to be honest I am up to my neck in it as it is!

anyway - hoping someone can help - the forum would not have to have thousands of posts etc - just all the typical files associated with a working UBB (I only need the text files - not the PERL itself).

with thanks

I'm pretty sure each file depends on how the forum is setup. All the fields are just divided up by | |'s (you'll notice that there's a space in the final output here because ubb split them up)
