Question Advance / Pro PS User Tutorial websites...
Does anybody know any websites that have tutorials on advance / professional level of usage for PS? I think the only thing keeping me from making killer art is a Pen and Pad

It's hard to find professional level tutorials without knowing what exactly you are aiming for.
I would definitely google this
I think the word "advanced" instead of "professional" may turn up some better results for you.
