ok i've seen stuff on how to make animation in photoshop but: how do i make text to change colors every second?

you could either make an animated GIF and set the time for 1 second or maybe you could do some fancy flash scripting

also could perhaps do it with javascript if it is just plain text...

please expand on what you are trying to do
