Batch Processing

I have a set of images that I would like to batch process.
I would like to during the batch process (before a crop) manually move the top layer of the image.

Things that did not work-

Clicking the second column to the left after a sample move (It doesn't give me the option)

Inserting a manual stop (just stops whole batch)

Changing playback options to give me a 10 second delay (just stopped at every step without allowing me to edit the picture)

My Photoshop copy says 7.0 CE if that helps with the version (but I can find most commands for any version if someone gives me the name)
I would really appreciate any help. Thanks
